Andrew Wise
Andrew is the founder, director, and CEO of eCD Market, LLC, a financial information company based in Palo Alto, California, USA, which provides an internet platform to enable investors to build portfolios of government-insured certificates of deposit.
He has managed information-intensive businesses since 1989. Previously, he has worked with Automation Controls, Get Smart, Inc, Tuttle Decision Systems, Warmboard and Bain &, Company.
Andrew received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of lllinois, as Valedictorian from the College of Engineering, and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
Gulshan Raj Ramgoolam
Gulshan Raj Ramgoolam, Senior Manager, is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) UK, and graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in Accounting and Finance from Middlesex University (UK). Gulshan has been with SANNE Mauritius for over 10 years and has developed in-depth knowledge of the financial services sector coupled with practical know-how on the operations, regulatory and compliance aspects for global business entities. He heads a team specialized in Closed-End Funds and oversees a diversified portfolio comprising a mix of closed-end funds, investment managers and investment holding companies. Gulshan has also been involved in fund structuring and set-ups and has been exposed to the main areas of the industry including legal, tax, accounting, administration and corporate secretarial . Gulshan is also a director on a number of boards, including closed-ended funds and CIS Managers.
Ms Jihane Muhamodsaroar
JIHANE MUHAMODSAROAR, Client Director, is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) UK. Jihane has been with Sanne Mauritius from 2005 to 2016, when she left Sanne Mauritius as a Manager, who had overseen the Closed End Fund Unit which dealt with a very diverse portfolio comprising 50+ companies and had overseen a team of 11 members. She joined Mauritius International Trust Company Limited in 2016 as Manager Accounting where she had overseen a team comprising 15 members including client accountants and client administrators. Jihane has rejoined Sanne Mauritius in 2021 and currently heads a team specialized in Closed-End Funds and oversees a diversified portfolio comprising a mix of closed-end funds, investment managers and investment holding companies. Jihane is also a director on a number of boards, including closed-ended funds and CIS Managers.
Sunil Mahtani
Sunil Mahtani is the founder and President of Kingfisher Investors LLC, an investment manager based in the USA, which manages investment funds and separately manage accounts for various clients.
He has been investing professionally since 1991, primarily in the US stock markets, and also in India. Previously, he worked as a credit analyst in New York for FGIC Inc., a financial guarantor which was a subsidiary of GE Capital, and for Capital Guaranty Insurance Company in San Francisco.
Sunil received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the London School of Economics with First Class Honors, and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
Teeluckraj Tapesar
Raj is the Owner and Managing Director of Prolifik Co. Ltd., a business and investment consulting firm. He has a wide experience in the financial services industry for having worked at the Mauritius Commercial Bank Ltd for 30 years.
Before joining Prolifik, Raj was MD at MCB stockbrokers Ltd and also acted as Vice Chairman for the Stock Exchange of Mauritius and Director on the board of the Mauritius Central Depository Settlement Company Ltd.
Raj also holds non- executive directorships in a number of offshore entities. He is presently the Chairman of the Mauritius Eagle leasing company Ltd and is a member of the Index Management Committee of The Stock Exchange of Mauritius.
He holds an MBA from the University of Leicester (UK).
